Leo Gudas (born May 20, 1965 in Bruntál, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech hockey player who won a Bronze Medal in the 1992 Olympics.

Gudas was the second last player taken in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft, going 251st overall to the Calgary Flames.
He was named as Assistant Coach from HC Sparta Praha in the 2003–2004 season and left the team on 3 May 2009 for a Head Coach job with SK Kadañ.[2]
